What does Oversight not include?
Hands-on work beyond small fixes. If a check finds something that needs real work, I tell you what it is and what it costs before doing it. Managed includes that work.
Can my clients see the dashboard?
Yes. The status page and monthly reports are white-label, in your agency's name, so you can share or forward them as they are.
Which servers do you support?
Linux: Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky, Alma and older CentOS, on any provider (AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Rackspace, your own racks). Not Windows.
