Privacy
What this website does with personal data.
What is collected
- 01The contact form
Your name, email and message come to me (delivered through Telegram's messaging service), and are kept as long as needed to reply and for any work that follows. The basis is legitimate interest: answering your enquiry.
- 02Template downloads
If you give your email when downloading a template, it comes to me (also through Telegram) and is used only to tell you when that template is updated. The basis is your consent; withdraw it any time and it is deleted.
- 03The website check
The domain you enter and your IP address go to Bobble Pulse, my own checking service, which keeps neither; the IP address is used only to limit checks to five an hour. I keep the report for 30 days so its link works, and the domain and result counts as a record. An email, if you give one, comes to me through Telegram so I can reply. The basis is legitimate interest: running the check you asked for.
- 04Visit statistics
A self-hosted copy of Umami and Cloudflare Web Analytics count page views. Neither sets cookies or stores personal data.
- 05Server logs
The web server records IP address, page and browser for 14 days, for security and to keep the site running. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests on my behalf.
- 06One cookie
A session cookie is set only when you use the contact form or the website check, or give your email for a template, to carry its security token and confirmation message.
What is not collected
No advertising or remarketing pixels, no social media trackers, and no third-party analytics such as Google Analytics. Booking a call takes you to Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and you'll get a reply within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
