I'm Chris. I look after your servers myself.

You work with me directly. The engineer you speak to on the first call is the one who works on your servers, and the one you call when something breaks.

Most of my clients stay for years

For 19 years I've looked after Linux servers for UK businesses, thousands of them in that time, with hundreds of upgrades and migrations, and more than 300 today: agencies hosting their clients' sites, hosting companies, and software firms whose product runs on servers nobody else in the company understands.

Some of those clients have been with me for eight years. That's the kind of work I like: long-running, steady, and boring in the best way, because the patches are on, the backups restore, and the knowledge is written down.

I explain things in plain English, and I tell you when something isn't worth doing.

"Quite simply, I couldn't run my business without him."

Jake Rudkin-Wilson · Head of Product Development, Cameo
